Hello,

Im planning to buy a vacant plot measuring 2400 SqFt in outskirts of chennai whuch is not approved by DTCP.But the panchayat president has assured that he can get the panchayat approval.Please advise if I can go ahead and purchase this land or will it cause any legal trouble in future?

approval should precede buying. What if tomorrow it is not approved?
