Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hello

My dad passed away 14 years back and as his heir, me , my sister, my mom and my mother we're put. Grandma passed away 11years back and now to my grand father's property ,my dad s siblings are claiming the share under my grand ma . Is it applicable. They have already sent a legal notice asking for the share of my grandmother (which will come to 6 shares). My grandfather s property has not yet been registered between dad s siblings, it is still in the name of my dad s elder brothers. Which leaves no property under my dad s name yet. Please help.

Dear Sir / Madam,

If there is no property or estate which accrues to or is in the name of your deceased father, there is nothing you nor all his surviving legal heirs inherit from him.
