my huseband grandfather was dead his nominis is grandmother but she dead(2013)my mother also dead(2008) my mother having 3broter&2sister but they can't talk to him.which way he register his name in property?plz tellme?

Dear Madam,
Neither your mother nor her brothers or sisters have any right in your husband's property. Your husband's grandfather may have gifted her property to your husband.
