Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

Hi,Can a tenant handover his premises to a co-owner without informing another co-owner against some compensation.Is he bound to handover premises to both co-owners by law? and how i can get my portion since they both have joined hands and cooperating each other.Please advice. Thanks
