Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi,

I have a house under SRA slum rehabilitation authority. The house was owened by my mother but now my mother and father both are no more. I have one brother who has no issue in transferring property on my name. Problem is that I have lost all my original papers and society is saying they do not have xerox copies too. I'm worried what to do. Please help.

Dear Sir / Madam,

You will have to somehow collect and build all the property records again to enable you to transfer the house in your name.
