Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hi,
I am planning to buy a ancestral property from a Seller who had bought the property last year.
The property belonged to a person who has expired now. The Sale agreement was made with 2 Sons and 3 daughters of the expired person.
Before buying this property I am in a dilemma since I do not know if there are any other children who can claim rights to this property.
The seller has a Family tree which has been made with a Notary, however we do not know if this has any value in the court of law.
Please suggest how can I make sure that after buying this property, nobody will be able to claim their rights on this
1 Answer from Attorneys
dear client..........
No this does not have any value in any court............
ask them to give a family tree made by Co / court and duly
do they have legal hirs certificate ..........
do mention is sale deed if any other legal issue been created in future related to legal hirs it shall be paid and managed by seller it self .........
for any query feel free to reply back or contact me
with regards
