Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi.,

I have purchased a apartment in Bangalore. Due to dispute between land seller and builder the registration got delayed. The case is in civil court and builder went to high court and get got some approvals and said us to register the flat in Dec 2012. He said he will give possession in one month. We also registered. It almost one year still I have not possession. Builder is saying he decide only after the civil case. Pl help what to do now.

serve him with a legal notice and also approach a consumer forum against the builder.
