Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi,

I have purchased open land for residential purposes in north Guajart 2 years back.But the original dastavej is missing now.I have a only xerox copy of Dastavej.Kindly advise how to get original (new)Dastavej.

Also i have oberved that the direction mentioned in plot is wrong, Can I make changes now with new one.

Kindly advise the process.

For originals you can go for certified copy and for changes you may contact patwari.

You must inform the police in this regard and publish in a newspaper. You can get the certified copy of the same and can also get a correction deed to correct the direction.
