Legal Question in Real Estate Law in

Hi,

I have recently bought a flat in a redevelopment project at Andheri(E), Mumbai. The builder has approached me to buy a stilt parking space for Rs.2lacs.

Is buying a Stilt Parking Space from the builder legal ?

The builder has promised to give an allotment letter and wants the amount in Cash.

Kindly suggest.
