Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hi
In 1995, a property dealer at Gurgaon used my fathers (Ex-serviceman documents) documents and applied for Huda plot in Haryana. He successfully got the plot and get all the documents signed by my father and later sold that plot. He paid Rs 10000 for the same to my father who was unaware about the all incident. In 2001 my father applied for a plot in Faridabad on defence quota and allotted a plot successfully by HUDA. But policy of HUDA is that one person can get only one plot under reserved category and a case is going on in High court chandigarh against all those allottees who have more than 1 plot under reserved category. Recently a notice is served to all allottees to submit clarification otherwise plot will be cancelled. Please suggest how to proceed to save that second plot.

i really am surprised . your father signs the application form and successfully got a plot. He sold the same to the property dealer at a premium of Rs 10000/- .Where is the ignorance in the case. It is a voluantry act.The application form has a column where one needs to declare that they have no other property in the particular area. At that time did he mention about the plot?? Have you received the notice from huda yet?? It is only after perusing the notice that a reply can be made. contact at 9312411481.
