hi,

my brother in law got a singe storey house of 200 yards from his father.after the

death of his father,

he made a partition deed with his brother and got registered. now he made the

will in favour of his wife only and died.can his son claim anything from this property.

Yes. Being the legal heir, your brother-in-law's son is entitled to a share in the estate of the deceased.
