Hi,
My Question is related to land distribution among brothers. My father has 5 brothers, everyone want some specific land near road. What are the laws to resolve this situation and how we can protect our lands. Is there any legal way to distribute the land among 5. After discussion with others I find out that Chakbandi is the way. Please provide your valuable comments and guide. If you require some more information to understand the issue, please provide your comment.
