Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan

Hi,

My uncle had filed a lawsuit for the custody of an agricultural land.The person against whom the lawsuit was filed has been murdered.Now how will this impact the lawsuit.Do my uncle has to file this lawsuit again against the heirs of that person?

no need to file a fresh suit ... just make an application and implead his heirs as defendants....
