Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hi,
Please give me advice.
Our neighbour is demanding a 3 feet road though our property to the nearest public road. But there is an existing 3 feet road by which he can access the same public road.
The existing road is an old walk way and the same is encroached by people at several places after my neighbour's house ,that means the existing 3 feet road is only 150 meter long and ends in front of my neighbour's house.(he can access the public road easily by this road).
our property is only a 10 cent and there is a big pond in the middle of it. this is the only one property we have, to build a house. neighbour is going to take legal actions . what should i do.???
please help me....
