Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hi,
There is agricultural land on my fathers name. we know the name of village but dont know other details like survey number, actual site, boundaries and all. My father is no more. How should I proceed in getting the details of land and let me know the process to change it on my name. the issue is my uncle(paternal) has pattadar passbook on his name. He has obtained it illegally.

If your uncle cam obtain the details of the land then who is stopping u to obtain the details.you can claim the ownership of the land only after u identify it.
