Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hlo sir,
I have 2 brothers. Wanted to clear some queries.
My father has self earned property I. E. a flat cost worth Rs.50 lakh. My elder brother and his family staying with my father along with my mother. My father always says that I don't have share in his flat bcoz I gt married. He is saying that he has given me gold.I got married in 2001 and the gold worth rs. 50,000/- in 2001.
My father has given Rs.22 lakh to purchase a flat to my younger brother. We dont have any proof that my father has given money to my younger brother. Now he is asking the share tht atleast he need rs.10lakh again.
I am also a middle class women, in fact I never interested in property matter. But when father says u dnt have any right I feels very bad. They always parcel with me. Is I hve any right in his self earned flat.
Please help me in this matter

Respected Madam,
Kindly provide the list of liquid as well as fixed assets left behind by your father and only then will your and your's younger brother's share would be decided. Be that as it may your elder brother alongwith his family members has undisturbed right in the property i.e. flat that he is staying in.
