Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hi, We were holding a land which we have registered to someone else. But after one month we have found that someone else has claimed that we have registered the same to him as well which we have not done at all. Inspite this he has also logged a FIR against us stating the same with the help of some fake documents. kindly advise how to get rid off this.
