Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

The homeloan on certified true copy of the sale deed on loss of Original sale deed of house is not coming through at the same time buyers are reluctant to get into a deal of a property whose original sale deed is not available. kindly guide??

Dear Sir / Madam,

In view of the seller's right to property title being in question due to absence of original title documents, and the bank refusing to sanction a loan to the prospective buyer, the Agreement / contract cannot be executed.
