Dear Sir / Madam,

If B has not become a member of the Society within a period of six months from the date of purchase of the flat by B from A, and if B chooses to remain silent till date, it implies B is a "benamidar". In that event, A will continue to be recognized as a member of the Society. B neither has a right to attend any Society meetings, nor is B entitled to vote on any Society agenda transacted in any Society meeting.

Regards,
