House in late fathers name, want to convert into 15 year old sons name.mother out of station.
Q.Is the mother's presence required during the name transfer or only her signature is enough?I live in Bangalore and the 15 year old is my nephew.

whose fathers name is the house yours? did the father make a will or he died intestate?? if there is no will then all the legal heir will have to give no objection to the transfer of the property in the minors name. It would be better if you thought about making him a benificary in a trust. for further query contact 9312411481.
