Legal Question in Real Estate Law in

I have a house in Lucknow, but it is owned by my Father. He died in 2008 and has not left any will. Now I am in Mumbai and I have a brother who is in US and my mother is with me. Kindly suggest what is the procedure to sell this house.what all details are needed to sell this house

get the property mutated in your name , you all can jointly sell the property , if any one of you is not available you can obtain GPA than can sign for and on his behalf also.
