Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
my house original papers were stolen by my niece on her inter caste marriage held in november 2012...on that time i didn't check my papers as i believe that she didn't touch my property. but now in march 2014. she showed those papers for surity of debt amount 3,50,000/- to a vendor. this was came to my notice by my friend....I have duplicated papers,,,,,now how i can appproach and own my property back.....please give me valuable suggetions thanking you......

you first file a police complaint against your neice and retrieve your original papers else she will misuse them again.
