The house was given on rent to one person.
He go married and lived in it with his wife , but now has filed for divorce , hence he has left his wife in the same house and lives elsewhere and now the lady is torturing the owner of not vacating the premises .

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the Agreement for Leave and License (ALL) was in the name of the husband, the wife has no "locus standi" since she is not the Licensee and the Owner can file a Police complaint for the wife "illegally trespassing" in his house. Re-post query should there be no Police action within 7 days of reporting the matter to the Police.
