Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We have a house in visakhapatnam.

The house has two portions, out of which one portion is purchased by us and the other portion is purchased by the other party.

For the two portions, the wall and slab are common.

Now the other party wants to get seperated and wants to demolish his part of the joint wall.

Can he seperate his share of the joint wall? Does he have right to sepeate his part of the joint wall? What actions shall we take, if the other party goes for a demolishing of his part of the joint wall.

If he goes for a demolishing it will certainely effect our wall and slab?

Is there any law stating that the joint wall can't be divided into the two halves, if the seperation effects either of the parties?

Please advice.
