Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Ours is a housing society registered under Apartment act. Rights of terrace / open space is kept by builder in his hands. Building is completed in 2005. But because of differences between builder partners, one wing is yet to build as per sanctioned plan. So building completion report, plot amalgamation, registration in City Servey office are pending. Conveyance deed is not done. Can it be converted as Co-operative housing society? Plz advise in this matter.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Irrespective of the stage of completion, 10 or more members can form a Co-operative Housing Society.
