Dear Sir,

I have booked my flat in "The Orbit Residency Park " Saki Naka,Andheri (E) in Mumbai. I have paid 50% of the amount. Now the LIC HFL has attatched the aforesaid property due to payment default against the loan. I have not entered into an agreement with the Builder. I have an "Allotment Letter" and the money receipts.

What is my legal recourse? In a worst case scenario what is the fall out. Pl advice...

you can file a criminal case against the builder for cheating. but that will depend on the facts of the case. You can seek the recovery of your money along with damages. for further query contact 9312411481.
