my husband and my brother in lows wife are joint holder for flat. brother in law and his family stay this flat. this flat agreement paper are hand in brother in low. he said this flat transfer his wife name. I am not agree because this flat invested same amt my husband. so my husband is a joint holder this flat. but this flat paper are not my hand . and my brother in law was not give me this agreement so[muze agreement milane ke liye kya karana chahiye]

Agreement kee copy toh apko Society say ya toh phir Tehsildar / District Registrar kay daptar say badee aasanee say mil saktee hai.
