Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Turkey
Me and my husband have been cheated of people in business. This happened in Turkey, where we have invested in real estate. One man came into our confidence, took 600 000 Euros and closed the office.

Turkish court is very slow and continue with this matter now nearly three years . Today my husband once again flew to Turkey to meet with a lawyer . At the Istanbul airport, he should go to domestic flight, but he was arrested.
Police tog from him all thinks, including documents and mobile phone. He asked for permission to call his wife. Police gave him just one minute. He tolled me that he thinks he was arrested because the criminal people who cheated us, they anonymously made a call to police.
Nevertheless, my husband is closed in the police station from 03:50 p.m . He told that me that he will sleep this night in the police station until they investigate. I tried to call our Turkish lawyer, but without success.
My husband is 63 years old and has not very good health. And he has many years of diabetes mellitus type 2 . What shall I do in this situation?
