Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My husband expired since two years now and he had a shop.the papers I found is a. Agreement of sale and not a sale deed he does not even have a share certificate from the society. so how do I claim it? Succession deed has been applied but to make the shops papers as sale deed what do I have to do? Or can I use it with d same agreement of dale papers ? Please guide me on this.

1) With whom the agreement of sale is entered into,

whether it is registered or any subsequent alienations

effected are required.

2) A per succession certificate, the Lrs can step into the

shoes of the deceased husband and in turn act as per

point No.1 herein.
