Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My husband purchased a flat in Airoli in 2001 in resale. But at the time of purchase he had not completed cidco transfer procedure. He made nomination in favour of me for the flat after his death. He recently expired.
When I try to complete the procedure for cidco transfer, our society is asking heirship certificate from court to give noc. My only son is a minor and my father-in-law and mother-in-law were already expired before my husband.
Is heirship Certificate is compulsory for Cidco trasfer
