Legal Question in Real Estate Law in

I and my ex husband purchased a flat in 2001 where only we both were staying.

In March 2007 he expired.

I remarried in March 2009

My ex Mother in Law is claiming the rights to the flat by civil suit.

What is the share of her rights

Do I loose my right after remarriage?

Presently I am staying with my husband in the same flat.

The flat agreement is in the joint name of my self and my ex Husband and all payments of the flat were done from my earnings.

There is a bank loan which is also being paid by me .

Pls help. My entire earnings have been put in this flat.
