Husband and wife married have 3 sons. land property is genuinely belong to the wife. After few years wife died leaving behind her 3 sons. then that husband remarried to another woman. does the Husband and second wife have rights on the property leave behind by the first wife??? again first wife already have 3 son as mentioned

The husband will have a share in his deceased wifes property but his second wife will not have any share. her claim if any will be to the extent of her husbands share.
