Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I hv to give money to my brother after the house of my mother tranfer on my name. I vl take loan from bank on this house.

We r 3 brother-sister.this today transfered on 3of us.

Afer 2months I will become the owner of this house.

But still 2 months r left to complete and my one brother wants in written from me that whenever I hvto sell this house in future ; he is the only first person to purchase this house.

He wants this in written from me.

Is it ok ?should I signed on that?

and if it is ok then what should be add in this writing

And what should be his next step because still 2 months left to transfer this house on my name

The third one doesn't want anything.

Yes, such undertaking can be given since otherwise also if he brings a suit against you, court shall direct you to sell the property to him first. Contact for more detail.
