Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
i don't have ikrarnama and baynaama of my house , but i am paying my house tax from last 20 years and electricity bills also , the person from which i had buy that land was died and he had not transfer the land to orally , is there any possibility though i can make registry on my name,

If the hairs of the deceased agree you may get registered the property,but in practice it rather impossible. Secondly you can get the title by factual of possession as you have uninterrupted continuous peaceful possession more the 12 years with the knowledge of owner.
