Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We have an immovable property at jaipur in rajasthan(india) which is in the name of my grandfather. He has passed away and now we want to converte it in the name of my father. What is thr process and what estimate fee for the same. There was no will of my grandfather.

Take the death certificate, and inherence certificate and in prescribed formate apply to revenue authority.
