Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have independent house in Noida, Uttar Pradesh with joint name of my wife and her mother. This is under Noida authority. Now my mother - in -law (my wife's mother) wish to make my wife sole owner. My wife has 2 brothers and 1 sister and therefore my mother - in - law wish that there should not be any dispute tomorrow among my wife and her brother / sisters on this property.

kindly suggest best way with minimum expenses / hurdles
