Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Philippines

Im a indian national and a native born of the

Philippines,and so are my 3 kids,i do vote in the phil

and my grandma is a filipina,my husband a indian

national and indian citizen,he bought a land

And registerd in the name of his cousin which is an

indian national too,can i register the land

in my name or kids name?

No, you are not allowed under the Philippine Constitution to own real properties in the Philippines. Unless you acquired Philippine citizenship you cannot owned this land. What you can do is to form a corporation with majority owned and controlled by Filipinos then you can have it registered in the name of the said corporation. www.duanolaw.com
