I interest to buy chawl room in kalyan under grampanchayat.

Details as below -

1. Chawl rooms under Grampanchayat.

2. It\'s NA approved land.

3. Notary will done with developers and me.

4. 7/12 Utara also available by name of landlord.

5. POA is done within landlord and developer.

6. Developer give us tax receipts (ghar patti) by gram panchayat, electricity bills and water bills in my name.

And he say that registration and stamp duty will not done in chawl room.

Need your legal advice

It\'s ok lagal document to buy chawl room?

Can we buy this chawl room?

If collectors NA order is there you can proceed.Registration and stamp duty is must.
