Jab kisi family me property ka batwara hota hai to uske document kis title se bante hai aur Sub Registrar office me registered hote hai.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Property ka batwara "Partition Deed" ya agar uskay baad woh property bech dee jaatee hai toh "Agreement for Sale" dwara banta hai.

It will be called 'Deed of Partition', and registered as such.
