i have one joint family property where next to my property there is one more owner who by some undue influence take some part of my site passage during survey.can i chalange it?how?

Dear Sir / Madam,

YES. You should lodge a written complaint to the Tehsildar / District Registrar requesting a Survey to verify plot demarcation, to determine the extent of encroachment by the neighbour in your plot. At the same time, you can also engage an independent qualified registered Surveyor to actually measure your plot to plan and certify the discrepancy. Based on the independent Surveyor's Report, you may file an appeal in the Court challenging the earlier order.
