Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hi All, A joint property, with name of my brother and me, has been inherited by my brother's family, widow, mother, and two minor daughters. I am still 50% owner and in possession of the property. There is no partition done so far. Though in Khatauni - only the name of the widow and two minor daughters. Now widow done a sales agreement to a third party, without informing us. One daughter is major now, but not on Khatauni. Please advice how to go for cancellation of this sales agreement. Other steps if any I can take to immediately get stay on the same

A suit for cancellation of sale deed can be filed but before that, one has to go through all the documents pertaining to the property.
