First of all, you need to procure all the land record, i.e. which is the land in questions, in whose name the land in running in village form no. 6, 7/12, if it is 50-60 years old land, then if land is taken under ULC. Who is currently in possession of the land in questions, Whether there is any TP on that land. Whether land is forfeited by the Government. After getting the picture clear about the status of the land, it can be opined, whether there is any chance to get back the land or not, and what legal procedures have to be pursued.
