Thanks a lot for answering my query on my yest. question as mentioned below .But I am getting told by seller that it was on name of first owner only not in Company's name .As a address it was mentioned first owner name /company name But in last page where photos published there is sign of first owner only & no company seal or stamp or director name etc. found. I am confused only sign of oblick " / " does causes right of company ? We have contacted company but according to them no any such flat is avilable on thier name.We have asked them to give in writting but they denied by saying that since it is not on our name hence we can't give in writting .Pl. suggest how to go ahead. Second owner wants sell on my name ,but at the time of purchasing from first owner , he also not get any written proof from company.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You can double check whether the flat is registered in the Seller's individual name (and not in the Company name) in the record of the Tehsildar / District Registrar. Likewise, you can also verify the name appearing in the Share Certificate and Maintenance Bills of the Society. All these facts will establish the name of the present Owner.
