Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have own land around 2 acres in my father village. land is our name in revenue record.our cousin brother doing land. last 20 years we r not leaving there.our cousin producing crops in our land again & again. we r restricted to him to not to do but they r not listning. Can we do police case against him to aquiring our land?
