Legal Question in Real Estate Law in

A land of 6acres was in my grandfather name but my relatives changed the name of the owner during the resurvey held in 1984 in tamil nadu without our permission now my grandfather and my father both of them are not alive. what legal right do i have? what should i do?

you may challenge the change of name in survey based on the evidence of title of your grandfather.
