Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Pakistan
We have some land where we cultivate crops. A man buy lands around us and make a housing scheme. Now the road of his housing scheme is passing in front of our land. He said to us, "if you want the way give me some of your land" is it legal or not??

his demand is illegal and has no foundation. if he insists, you can take legal action against him and the society as well.
