Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I have a land in my fathaer village. my father is died. we never leaveing father village. last 20 years my uncles childs Doing our farms and nothing pay us everything.We Strictly tell them pls dont do our farm but they not listen and continusly doing it. now we deside to sale it, but sum crops in my farm. what to do in this situation ?

please get your land demarcated and your name put in the revenue record. After this claim the vacant possession from your cousins.
