Hi, I have a land in Gorakhpur UP. My grandmother purchased it long time back infront of my house. We had only khatauni document for same but no registry paper. Can I use that land for construction on basis of khatauni.

1) Form P-VI is a document prepared as part of record-of-right in every estate.
2) First get the title transferred in ur name from all the LRs followed by mutation.
