Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

We have a land plot which has been inherited from grandfather by my father and uncle. My father and uncle passed away and now the land plots stands undivided. Hence the land in on my, my mothers and cousins name. When i requested for the partition my cousin sid he would file an RTI on this. I wonder how/what possibly could it harm to me. Could you tell what would be the outcome of filing an RTI on an undivided property.

No it will not harm you, meanwhile you also file an RTI.
