if land is registered in the name of purchaser by the owner of land on a particular day, and if owner wants to cancel the registration which is already done ? with in what period he or his legal heir can cancel it.

once a property is registered then the registry cannot be undone it is a permanent act unless you get a suit of declaration decided in your favour.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If the sale deed between the purchaser of the land and the Owner-seller is complete in all respects, and the purchaser's name appears as the owner of the land in the record of the Tehsildar / District Registrar, the Owner-seller or his / her legal heirs cease to possess any legal rights to cancel the deal.
